1. After sales service plan
1 on site technical service
1.1 our aim is to make the on-site service personnel for equipment safety and normal operation. We intend to deploy technology backbone and service experts on-site service special working group composed of, directly entered the project site to carry out comprehensive pre-sale, sale and after-sale service work. In the bidding stage, the service plan for the number of service personnel is provided. If this person can not meet the needs of the project, we add the number of months, and no cost.
1.2 our on-site service personnel have the following qualifications:

Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, on time.
Understanding of contract equipment design, familiar with its structure, have the same or similar field work experience, be able to correctly conduct on-site guidance.
Physical health, to adapt to the conditions of the field work.
I shall provide the service personnel in the direction of the tender (not limited to the personnel in the form), and we may replace the unqualified on-site service personnel.
1.3 our on-site service personnel including equipment expediting, goods unpacking inspection, quality problems of the equipment treatment and supervision of installation and debugging, taking part in the trial operation and performance acceptance test.
1.4 in front of the installation and debugging, our technical service personnel to the tender side technical disclosure, explaining and demonstration will be conducted on the procedures and methods, the important working procedures, our technical personnel to confirm and visa to construction, otherwise the tender is not a process. We shall take full responsibility for the problems arising from our confirmation and the visa process as a result of our technical service personnel guidance errors.
1.5 our on-site service personnel have the right to handle all the technical and commercial problems that occur in the field. In the event of quality problems, our on-site staff to deal with the problem within the time specified in the tender. If we are entrusted with the bidding process, our on-site service personnel shall be entrusted with the corresponding economic responsibility.
1.6 we take full responsibility for all the actions of our field service personnel.
1.7 our on-site service personnel to come and go and replace the prior consultation with the tender.
1.8 when the equipment failure, after receiving the written request of the tender side within 2 hours to reply, service personnel arrived at the scene within 6 hours.
2 training
2.1 in order to make the contract equipment to be installed and run normally, we have the responsibility to provide the corresponding technical training. Training content should be consistent with the progress of the project. We provide technical training, training and maintenance personnel and operating personnel to the tender side after the contract is signed. We provide technical information necessary for the trainers to be trained.
2.2 the training plan and content are listed in the tender documents.

2.4 we provide equipment, venues, information and other training conditions, and provide accommodation and convenient transportation.
3 design liaison

1 Principles

8) in the out of the box found missing parts and other causes of parts missing, our responsibility as soon as a free filled in the missing parts. In the equipment installation, debugging process and found in the operation of the equipment in the future of quality problems, such as no reason, we will assume the responsibility and compensation for the demand side by the direct economic losses.
9) bidding equipment warranty period is December. Free of charge during the warranty period as a result of the equipment itself, the quality of the damaged parts.
10) when the equipment fails, after receiving the call, service personnel to reach the service site within 2-6 hours.
2 measures
Pre sales service: product orders pre product introduction, technical disclosure, quality assurance.
Sale service: 1) products used in factory regularly organize technology, quality inspection and other service personnel on user access, consult the user of product quality, status, suggestions for improvement in the aspects of feedback in order to further improve the product quality.
2) to some of the more special or complex products, the factory arrangements for the use of the user's products, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance, etc..
